Philologi ships orders from Australia. Available delivery methods, charges and any free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout based on the destination and order.
Processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch as promptly as practical. If an item has a specific processing timeframe, pre-order status or other dispatch condition, this will be stated on the product page or communicated before fulfilment.
Delivery estimates
Carrier delivery estimates begin once an order has been dispatched and are estimates only. Delays can occur because of carrier networks, public holidays, severe weather, customs processing or other events outside our control.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent using the contact details supplied at checkout.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment has commenced.
International orders
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout expressly states that those charges have been collected in advance.
Lost or damaged parcels
